Salt Lake City is evolving quickly, which raises a critical question: How do we protect and scale the spaces that keep the LGBTQ+ Community safe?
We are bringing together local visionaries and leaders to discuss the tangible, gritty reality of operating queer-led and ally businesses in Utah. From the "attrition math" of workplace safety to the responsibility local media has in elevating underrepresented intersections, this evening is about turning passive support into active advocacy.
Whether you are a non-queer business leader looking to move toward active advocacy, an entrepreneur trying to sustain a business in Utah’s unique economic climate, or an entry-level professional learning to navigate your career authentically, you will walk away with real, actionable insights.
