Ancestral Honoring & Lineage Healing: A Samhain Sound Journey
As the veil thins on our path toward Samhain, Halloween, and Día de los Muertos, I invite you to join me for a rich 2-hour group experience of ritual, meditation, and sound bath devoted to ancestral honoring and lineage healing.
This is a deep ritual container. Through sound and guided meditation, we will drop into a receptive state to connect with our well ancestors, those known and unknown who are at peace. We'll spend time in gratitude for the gifts, strengths, and support they have passed down to us. We will also hold reverence and compassion for the hardships, pain, and wounds carried, inflicted, or perpetuated in our lineages, making space to witness the full truth of where we come from.
We are here today because of the lives of thousands of ancestors. The chain held because each generation did its best with what it knew. Now we know more. What will we do with that?
Within this space, you're invited to attune to whatever arises: to honor, grieve, forgive, clear, or celebrate, whatever your lineage is calling for. We'll each work at our own pace and level, tending this lineage not only for ourselves but in service of becoming good future ancestors.
What to expect
Opening circle: time to share any intentions you're bringing
Guided meditation and sound bath
Closing circle: optional space to share what came through, if it supports your integration
What to bring
A photo or item that represents your ancestry, to place on the collective altar we'll build together
A yoga or pilates mat, small pillow, and blanket for your comfort during meditations

October 28th | 6-8pm | $75
Location: my home sound sanctuary (address provided with registration)
Space is limited to 12 to maintain an intimate container.
ONLY 4 spaces Remain...
