Ancestral Healing Workshop

A Korean Shaman (Manshin) is offering a workshop focused on healing the ancestral line and shifting unhealthy energetic dynamics within the family lineage.

We will learn rituals for healing generational trauma and connecting to the gifts of our personal and cultural lineages.

This event is open to people of all spiritual paths, and Helena will support participants connecting with their own ancestral lineage for spiritual growth and healing.

*Workshop will be conducted in English.

*A light snack and tea will be available.

*Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided.

What to bring:

1. Small family object (photo, jewelry).
2. A journal and pens.
3. A frame hand drum, rattle, or shaker instrument.
4. An eye-shade or sleep mask.
