The Journey Awaits: Specific Activities The evening's ceremony is carefully structured to guide you through a complete cycle of release, healing, and integration:

• Aura Cleansing: We will begin by clearing your energetic field using sacred herbs and smoke, releasing any stagnant or heavy energies to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for the journey ahead.
• Tobacco Ceremony (Hapeh): In this sacred ritual, we will work with Hapeh, a ceremonial rapé snuff made from tobacco and other medicinal plants. Administered as a gentle blow into the nostrils, it is used by indigenous cultures to ground the spirit, clear the mind of distractions, and open a channel for profound spiritual connection and insight.
• Drum Healing: The rhythmic, hypnotic pulse of the ceremonial drum will be used to induce a meditative state, allowing for emotional release and a deep sense of connection to the earth's heartbeat and the primal rhythms of your own being.
• Journaling: Following our active work, you will be given quiet time and guided prompts to capture your insights, process your emotions, and integrate the messages and wisdom received during the ceremony.

• Sound Bath: You will then lie down to receive the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. The resonant frequencies will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, cellular regeneration, and a complete recalibration of your energetic system.
