We invite you to truly turn inward and listen to any ancestral, physical, and/or emotional messages that arise. The body and spirit always have something to say if we listen!

💫First we will share a message to connect us to our ancestral energy.

💫Then a guided breathwork aligned with somatic movement practices to fill us up with energy, vitality, and a release of any stuck energy.

💫To receive is the ultimate love work! Finding our way to lay on our yoga mats (blankets and pillows) gazing at the cosmic night sky....we move inward together. While Cristina plays the soundbowls, Ana Lisa offers one-on-one Reiki healing.

Participating collectively in this experience of conscious breath, to movement, to Reiki, and love resonance, our wish is for all divine healing to take place for you far beyond this evening!
