Ancestral Asana

Gather in spiritual community as we journey through self care practices that will allow you to access the wisdom of your ancestors. Beginning by choosing a card from the Angels and Ancestors Oracle created by Kyle Gray, meditation, and essential oil enhanced pranayama to drop into the physical body and open the energetic channels to connect with Spirit. Deonna will guide you through a yoga practice meant to awaken the third eye and crown chakras, increasing your intuition and ability to connect to your ancestors and Spirit guides. Closing our movement practice with a sound and reiki infused savasana to allow for rest and integration. As we rise from this deep rest Michelle will interpret your chosen oracle card and channel messages from the Spirit world that will help to guide you on your life path.

Beginner to advanced yogis are welcome.
