Anatomy for Artists: Drawing the Arm and Hand701 Center for Contemporary Arts
Saturday, July 13
10 am to 12 pm
Join figurative artist in residence, Daniel Esquivia Zapata, to explore the relationship between anatomy and artistry in live nude figure drawing. Watch a live demonstration as Esquivia visually builds the anatomical layers of a human arm and hand in a life-size figure drawing.
During this class participants will gain insights into how Esquivia Zapata uses his knowledge of anatomy to inform his artistry, by focusing on the bones and major muscle groups that compose the arm of a live model.
This is an intermediate-advanced level class and is for individuals who have already taken figure drawing classes. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Don't miss this opportunity to work with Esquivia and elevate your figurative drawing skills. Reserve your spot today!
