Join Jordan Sheridan for a hands-on workshop that combines the traditional craft of crocheting with innovative sculptural techniques. In this session, participants will learn the art of crocheting a single stitch and explore the transformative process of crochet dipping and shaping.
Jordan will guide guests through the fundamental techniques of hand-crocheting a single stitch, suitable for beginners and may also teach additional stitches based on their experience and comfort level. For the more experienced participants, Jordan will teach how to crochet simple doilies.
The crocheted pieces will be used to create unique sculptural forms for her exhibition.
Materials Provided: Yarn
What to Bring: Clothes you can get messy in and a crochet hook if interested in learning how to crochet a doily!
