Yoga Anatomy Series with Chris Pohowsky, Certified Rolfer®
In this 6-part anatomy series we will take an informing and inspiring tour of the human body, reviewing musculoskeletal anatomy from a functional perspective: We will explore how the component parts of our bodies relate to better serve the whole person, to provide us with stability, strength, safety, and options to move and feel better!
Sept. 10, 17, 24 and then Oct. 29, Nov. 5, and 12.
