This year, the Grace Christian School Theater Department is proud to present Anastasia: The Musical, from the play by Marcelle Maurette, as adapted by Guy Bolton. Anastasia is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals www.concordtheatricals.com.
As Anastasia begins, Russia is on the verge of revolution. Time jumps from 1907 to 1927, and Anastasia’s family, the imperial Romanovs, fall victim to the tide of history. With its dazzling costumes and soaring score, including song favorites from the hit animated film, “Journey to the Past” and “Once Upon a December,” Anastasia is about discovering who you are and defining who you’re meant to be.
