Ananda Village is delighted to announce its upcoming Fall Family Yoga Fest, an event that promises a day of rejuvenation and joy for the whole family. Nestled in the serene backdrop of Ananda Village at 14618 Tyler Foote Road, the fest is scheduled to take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, (rain or shine).This family-centric fest is tailored to embrace the spirit of yoga and wellness among children and parents alike. Co-created with the Education For Life and Living Wisdom School, the festival is an invitation to explore the dynamic world of yoga through an array of playful activities designed specifically for children aged 5-11 and their families.
The Ananda Fall Family Yoga Fest will feature a variety of engaging activities such as:
-Family Yoga Sessions: A chance for families to bond through movement and breath.
-Life Skills Activities: Interactive games that promote emotional and social intelligence.
-Brain Exercises: Fun challenges to enhance cognitive function and creativity.
-Music & Children’s Songs: Joyful sing-a-longs for uplifting and inspiring our hearts led by Ananda members and Education for Life Teachers.

An array of food vendors will offer delicious options suitable for all ages.
Participants are encouraged to bring their yoga mats, water bottles, and blankets for sitting. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the fall season while partaking in exercises that nourish both the body and the soul.
