Sunday February 8th 2-4pm We invite you to join us for an afternoon of community, connection, and self love.
Opening our heart chakra.
The fourth heart chakra, named Anahata, is located at the heart and is connected with unconditional love and compassion. If you have been struggling to find that kind of peace recently, this space and time might be exactly what you need.
An opportunity to allow guidance and healing to support in helping you to get the Heart wheel flowing freely into its proper alignment.
Nicole Brady- Raise the bar, musician and sound healer will be distributing healing through her thoughtful arrangement of beautiful sound and song.
Reiki Master Gina DeMarco- Soulshine will ask you to set an intention that you can share privately to help in opening up your heart space to allow for calm and peace to be welcomed in.
While Nicole will be delivering her sound bath through vibration with several instruments, including her voice, Gina will be giving each individual Reiki set with a personal intention,
creating a beautiful collaboration of healing.
Lauren Stenson- Root and Remedy Apothecary will be serving her delicious blend of hand crafted tea,
" Heart Chakra" She will have other teas and apothecary blends available for purchase.
Our Wish
Together, through love and compassion, for all attending is to come with an open mind and leave with an open heart feeling lighter, with calm and peace.
What to Bring:
A chair ( zero gravity or camping) or a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, whatever will keep you the most comfortable.
Everyone will leave with a little bag of magic.
The cost for this event is $55
