An Unlikey Pairing
This 4-week course provides a great opportunity to learn alternative techniques for creating functional pottery pieces. Create 2 to 4 total handbuilding the forms and sculptural surface decorations. Make simple designs building up the surface of a mug and the edges of a succulent planter. Add even more visual interest with underglazes bringing a pop of color. On the last day, learn wax resist glazing methods to cover with a unifying color. This unlikely pairing of pots is sure to be a fun, informative activity! $70
