What if the city you’ve walked through hundreds of times could become a mirror for your own journey?
Join us in Barcelona for Out & Profound, a unique two-hour outdoor coaching workshop and social gathering that brings together coaching, reflection, storytelling, and connection — all while exploring the city from a new perspective.
Led by Liana Katzir, an Erickson coach in training and Barcelona tour guide for the past 10 years, this interactive experience invites you to see familiar streets, landmarks, and stories through a different lens.
As we walk together, we’ll pause at selected Barcelona landmarks and use the stories around us as starting points to explore our own goals, achievements, values, beliefs, personal growth, and possibilities for what comes next.
Along the way, you’ll take part in reflective exercises, coaching activities, and conversations with others in the group — with plenty of space to connect and enjoy being together.

Meet Your Host
Liana Katzir is a coach in training at Erickson Coaching International and has worked as a tour guide in Barcelona for the past 10 years.
Through years of sharing Barcelona’s streets, landmarks, and hidden corners with people from around the world, Liana discovered how the stories held within a city can open unexpected opportunities for reflection.
For Out & Profound, she brings these two worlds together, creating an experience where Barcelona itself becomes part of the coaching conversation.
