Info: Chef Nixon's culinary journey began in the bustling food stalls operated by his family, which laid the foundation for his passion for food. His first professional culinary experience was as an intern at a boutique hotel, where he spent six months honing his skills. He has since progressed to
be Senior Executive Chef at Tung Lok. Nixon championed European and Western cuisines and oversaw banquet and catering operations. He is also the ambassador for Swiss household appliance company V-ZUG, conducting masterclasses and culinary experiences. Nixon's vision is to create a cohesive dining experience that combines company, ambience, and drinks to provide a delicious gastro journey. His latest venture, Entrepôt, blends European techniques with Asian flavors, creating dishes that resonate with his life's experiences.
