An Ode to Nature

An evening of music celebrating the natural world. The Juliet Consort present a variety of music from the Renaissance to the present day that is at once joyful, reflective, and uplifting, featuring madrigals, part-songs, duets and pieces for solo voice by Monteverdi, Purcell, Gibbons, Stanford ('The Bluebird'), Britten, among others - not to forget Pierre Passereau's lively 'Il est bel et bon'!
