This one day workshop is an introduction to the gifts of Shamanic Practices. Rooted in principles that can be found all over the world, it is thousands of years old and at the same time cutting-edge. Shamanic work has persisted for one simple reason: it works!

We will focus on Irish mythology and our own deities as part of our practice.

In this initiation, you will learn how to:

• journey to the drumbeat.
• learn all about the different realities. create a sacred, protected circle. meet your spirit guide/animal.

The goal being to build a relationship with one's own spiritual helpers.

This one day will be the beginning of a new exciting healing modality for you.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion: Introduction to Shamanic Practices.

What to bring?

Please bring your own lunch. There is a microwave and kettle in the little kitchen at the Asha Centre.

Tea/Coffee/herbal drinks supplied.

Bring a cushion/pillow/blanket/floor mat-yoga mat, as you will be lying down to journey to the other worlds.

Make sure you are wearing comfortable clothing.
