Stressed or overwhelmed? Connect with the ways mindfulness practice can help you befriend these feelings with self-compassion and curiosity. In this course, you will be invited to reflect upon the stressors in your life and how or why they might exist. Cultivate more concentration and capacity to be in the moment with what matters to you most, here and now.
Course Objectives
1. Explore the importance of mindfulness practices and how they could be used in your life.
2. Identify what stressors exist within your day-to-day and why they might exist.
3. Participate in some guided mindfulness exercises that could benefit you.
4. Create an individualised plan to incorporate mindfulness practices into your daily routine.
Course Requirements
Online sessions will be delivered via Zoom. You'll require access to a compatible device and Zoom account.
Face-to-face sessions will be delivered in-person at the venue listed.
You're encouraged to bring a water bottle, pen/pencil and notebook/journal, if possible.
Please note that refreshments are not provided.
