*A Journey to Awakening* is a multi-sensory sound healing immersion designed to gently attune your nervous system, open your heart, and reconnect you to the wisdom within. Through the alchemy of crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and elemental instruments, we’ll travel through sonic landscapes that mirror the natural rhythms of awakening—from deep rest to radiant clarity.
This experience is held with care, intention, and trauma-aware facilitation. You are invited to move, rest, feel, and receive in whatever way honors your body’s truth.
