An Introduction to Skinner Releasing Technique

In anticipation of a full introductory course in 2026, the first class of the 15-class series will be taught as a standalone. Class one is a guided journey through different states of free movement and deep rest, introducing all the main elements of SRT: immersive kinaesthetic images, gentle touch, guided relaxation and freeform dancing. We practise releasing habitual tension and holding in the body - melting into a softer state of being and moving, sensing new ways of inhabiting our bodies, the space and the world.
