Join Kayden Barker for a powerful 3-hour deep dive into shadow work—a transformative self-awareness practice rooted in Jungian psychology. Kayden is a personal development mentor, Reiki Master Teacher, and clinical mental health graduate student who has spent years using shadow work in their own healing journey from complex PTSD and now guides others toward personal transformation.
This immersive workshop is designed for beginners ready to understand and begin their shadow work journey. Attendees will gain:
