An Introduction to Aromatics for the Horse & OwnerLearn how to use Aromatics with your horse to explore and understand your horse’s physical and emotional well-being which will enhance the relationship that you experience with your horse.
Why do horses and people need essential oils?
When an essential oil is inhaled it has direct access to the brain. This can have an immediate effect on the emotional state of the horse, helping the horse to calm, relax and re-focus. Essential oils come into their own when a quick response is needed.

Safe preparation & administration of essential oils
Making & choosing essential oils for you and your horse
How to help you and your horse DE stress using Aromatics
This workshop is designed to teach Aromatics so that it can be practised by anyone who has a true intent to help themselves and their horse.

About Karen Eastham:
Karen has a background of over 45 years of experience working as an Integrated Health Practitioner, Bodyworker, Psychotherapist, Ayurvedic Heath Coach & Yoga, Breathwork Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapist, Essence Practitioner, Advanced Energy Practitioner and Teacher with both horses and people.
She is recognized by The Therapeutic Touch International Association as a TT Teacher in the UK. And her work has become established over 4 decades both within healthcare and the equine/animal industry.
Karen has developed her skills over many years of studying energy, quantum physics, healing, Mysticism, Shamanic practice, Ayurvedic Health, Clinical Aromatherapy, Essences and Herbal Medicine, Spirituality and has training in several energetic modalities, herbalism, Essence work, Clinical Aromatherapy, Dru Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork, Naturopathic & Emotional Health Practices.
She has a true passion for teaching and enjoys the privileged experience of facilitating the empowerment of others in their own self-discovery of personal growth and the many positive changes that can occur for the people who come to learn.
