In this group, you’ll learn what’s happening beneath the conflict, how to interrupt the pattern, and how to rebuild connection in a way that feels safe for both of you.
And because healing happens best when we feel cared for… dinner is included every week.
You’ll start the evening with a shared meal, then step into an expertly guided, structured group that helps couples move from frustration and loneliness to understanding and teamwork.
