An Evening with The Situation Jazz Duo

The Situation Jazz Duo will be performing unique arrangements of both standard jazz repertoire and timeless pop songs both new and old. The band is made up of Emily Arnold and Patzy Ann. As a guitar player, Emily Arnold has found a way of being both supportive yet expansive. She offers mysterious harmonies that fall listlessly until they arrive in strange and beautiful conclusions. As a vocalist, Patzy Ann is equally as playful, but offers something sweeter, with a wide vocal range that can soar high above or descend into haunting tones. With a background in jazz, classical, rock, and pop music this group offers a new and exciting sound for the Gulf Coast.
