Chef Simon Shaw is bringing his decades on the restaurant scene into the kitchen & has created an exclusive multi-course menu designed specifically to complement a selection of Arribas' most celebrated wines, with each pairing chosen to showcase the character, craftsmanship and story behind every bottle.
