About this Event

A church. A family. Five generations of coopers. And some very good Irish whiskey.

Pearse Lyons Distillery reflects a legacy of passion, innovation, and family tradition, real history in the making. Founded by the late Dr. Pearse Lyons and his wife Deirdre, and housed in a beautifully restored former church in Dublin's Liberties, it's a distillery with a story worth hearing.

Maria Nosova, Brand Ambassador, brings that story, and the whiskey, to Southey Brewing in Penge. Hosted by Claire Vokins of What.3.Whiskies. Come curious.

Please note, the venue is upstairs at Southey and there is no lift.
