Nisha draws on her years of experience at the helm of Mowgli Street Food and on television to deliver a range of recipes from chicken tikka masala to black daal by way of Goan fish curry and matar paneer, all designed to be cooked in your own home, proving that curry night can be every night of the week and for everyone.
Nisha will be talking about developing her recipes, running a hugely successful restaurant chain, and her TV work, as well as sharing some of her cookery secrets, before signing copies of her cookbooks.
