Inner Journey Canada invites the community to come together for an evening of exploration and experience of
Joy.
When worry and hopelessness descends,
when depression about the future fills the human heart,
JOY is the antidote.
In community we will acknowledge the challenges of these uncertain times and will also ‘drink' from the fountain of joyousness.
Particularly in periods of heaviness,
playfulness, lightness and laughter
help us to regenerate our hearts to face
the challenges that are lying ahead of us,
individually and as a species.
To perceive and to open to the always-present gifts of life is the key to our essential joy!
Join us for a 2 hour meditation evening with Michael Schiesser, IJI creator,
