Highlights include olive oil–poached king crab served with Rosé Borrorosa butternut squash tortellini topped with autumn truffle. To carry a taste of Tuscany home each guest will receive a parting gift of house-made truffle ricotta gnudi and Il Borro’s signature extra virgin olive oil.
