Faith Freed is a licensed psychotherapist, spiritual guide and author of the new book, DIY Spirituality, Chart Your Own Sacred Path. Faith has been serving clients as a therapist for over 15 years. Prior to that, she had a career in San Francisco as an award-winning advertising creative. A Santa Barbara based certified enneagram practitioner, spiritual guide and Marriage and Family Therapist, Faith serves clients in her private practice and virtually. She is also a popular teacher on the Insight Timer app and author of 2 prior books: IS: Your Authentic Spirituality Unleashed and Starting Therapy. Her mission is to celebrate the beauty of life, spread light and inspire.
