Join us for an evening and dinner with Dr Nandita Shah at the newly opened Sante Spa at the Royal Opera House, MumbaiWe will start with beverages and appetisers
Then we will have a talk by Dr Nandita Shah on “Lifestyle Diseases are not a Life Sentence”
If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, PCOD, an auto immune disease, or any other lifestyle disease you may have been given the impression that there is no way out besides taking medicines lifelong.
Over the years both the disease and the medicines progress. Is there a way out? Truly, there is. And the food can be a game changer.
