Join us for an exclusive evening with Dave Phinney, one of America's most influential and innovative winemakers. Best known for creating the iconic Prisoner and an impressive portfolio of celebrated wines, Phinney has helped shape the modern California wine landscape. During this special event, guests will enjoy a curated flight of five wines from Our Lady of Guadalupe, each showcasing the unique character and terroir of the winery's vineyards. Thoughtfully paired hot and cold hors d'oeuvres will accompany each pour, creating a delicious and memorable tasting experience. Along the way, Dave will share stories from his winemaking journey, offering unique insight into the wines, the vineyard, and the passion behind every bottle.

ABOUT DAVID PHINNEY
Dave Phinney is one of the most influential and recognizable winemakers in the United States, known for his bold vision, entrepreneurial spirit, and groundbreaking approach to winemaking. His journey began in 1995 when a semester abroad in Florence, Italy sparked a passion for wine that would shape his future. After gaining hands-on experience in Napa Valley, including a harvest at Robert Mondavi Winery, Dave founded Orin Swift Cellars in 1998 with just two tons of Zinfandel and an ambitious dream.
Over the years, he developed a distinctive winemaking style and innovative brand identity that earned a devoted following and helped redefine the modern wine industry. Dave has gone on to create and grow several highly successful wine brands, including The Prisoner, Orin Swift Cellars, Locations, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and Savage & Cooke. His impact on the industry has been widely recognized, earning him Wine Enthusiast's prestigious Winemaker of the Year award in 2019. Featured on the cover of Wine Spectator and credited with producing more than 100 wines receiving 90+ point ratings, Dave continues to push boundaries while crafting wines that captivate enthusiasts around the world.
