Join us for an evening of Martin Guitar conversation and music with Chairman of the Board Chris Martin IV and Martin Ambassador Craig Thatcher.
Hear Chris tell the fascinating story of his company’s history & the C.F. Martin innovations that have defined the contemporary acoustic guitar. Discover how these incredible guitars have inspired legendary songwriters and performers, helping shape modern music as we know it, with Craig Thatcher accompanying on guitar.
6.15pm doors for a 7pm start, 9pm finish.
The Philharmonic Dining Rooms is held as the most ornate pub in England, commissioned in 1898 in the style of a gentlemen's club. It is a part of Liverpool's rich musical history – Buddy Holly performed there, as did Paul McCartney (as seen on James Corden’s The Late Late Show). Known locally as 'The Phil', it was much loved by John Lennon who is quoted as saying : "The price of fame is not being able to go to The Phil for a quiet pint."
One free welcome drink of beer,cider,low/no alcohol beer or soft drink per adult.
16 and over only.
