An Evening with Abhisri Chaudhuri
in partnership with John Clark Motor Group
Step into a thrilling, dynamic musical journey as virtuoso pianist and vocalist, Abhisri Chaudhuri, returns home to Dundee’s iconic Caird Hall.
Growing up performing on this very stage as a student and carrying her musical path through London, Abhisri now brings her journey full circle. This boundary-pushing concert is deeply personal, drawing from every chapter of her life to shatter traditional classical limits and masterfully fuse virtuosic technique with jazz, pop, rock, folk and theatre.
Immerse yourself in her own arrangements: where Debussy and Rachmaninov share the theatrical soul of Cabaret and Wicked, Paganini meets jazz, and Michael Jackson blends with Kapustin. Showcasing timeless hits by Norah Jones, Nina Simone, Billy Joel, Eva Cassidy, Bill Withers and more.
