Join us for a one-off evening exploring wines from some of the world's oldest winemaking regions: Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Moldova.
Charley Battle from Hidden Wines joins us throughout the night to introduce each wine and share the story behind it, paired course by course with a menu from Head Chef Jamie Cann.
On the menu:
🥂 Amuse Bouche — Pickled Mackerel, Sourdough Crumpet, Horseradish Cream
🍷 Starter — Pan Fried Breast of Wood Pigeon, Hazelnut Crumb, Lardons, Celeriac, Pigeon Jus
🍷 Main — Roast Loin of Venison, Jerusalem Artichoke Purée, Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms
🍰 Dessert — Apple Bakewell Tart, Blackberry Sorbet, Vanilla Crème Anglaise
