An evening shamanic circle honouring the longest night
where darkness reaches its fullness and the light
About this Event
The Winter Solstice is one of the most ancient and sacred thresholds in the human story. Across cultures and centuries, people have gathered at this turning point to sit with the dark, to tend the inner flame, and to welcome the returning light. It is a time of profound stillness - and within that stillness, of deep renewal.
We are invited to honour both: the darkness that has held us through the year, with all its losses, teachings, and unknowings - and the light that stirs again at the edges, carrying with it the seeds of what is yet to come. This is not a time to rush toward the new, but to rest at the threshold and let the turning find us.
Through shamanic journeying and winter ceremony, we work with the medicine of the solstice - descending into the quiet, meeting what lives in the dark, and kindling the inner light that will carry us into the year ahead.
Join us for an evening of ceremony, journeying, and sacred ritual as we honour the longest night and welcome the slow return of the light.
