An Evening of Yoga and Sound

Join us for a refreshing evening of gentle yoga followed by a sound immersion, held outdoors on the beautiful farm grounds. Experience the calming presence of a campfire and the delightful company of ducks, geese, guineas, chickens, and dogs.

In case of inclement weather, we will move inside the market to keep the experience cozy and enjoyable.

After the sound immersion, stay to enjoy the campfire and friendship with some light snacks and tea. All levels of yoga experience are welcome!

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. Gravity chairs will be provided during the sound immersion if you prefer to be off the ground.
