An Evening of Wellness at the Local Hand

An intimate evening of female interconnectedness through meditation, journaling, nourishing movement & getting to know others in the community! Emphasis will be placed on restorative postures during the Reiki portion. Spaces are limited to ensure the highest quality experience! Cozy tea, cocoa, light snacks and Reiki mini-session included. Please provide your own journal, mat & thin blanket for your enhanced comfort. Comfortable clothing suggested.
