Join us on November 20th for an evening of elevated sound and vibrational wellness as you are immersed in a deep relaxation of mind and body during this curated experience with two sound practitioners.We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe. Everything has a frequency unique to itself, and we are no exception. Being made up of nearly 80% water, we are greatly ‘moved’ by the vibrations around us, like the moon’s energy pulls on the tides. In our everyday lives, we are subjected to sounds, vibrations, and frequencies like traffic noise and sirens, phones ringing and notifications pinging, TV news and politics and it’s easy for our bodies to fall out of harmony and resonance with the higher frequencies we feel sitting in silence, being out in nature, laughing, and being around people we love.
Vibrational wellness can be described as the application of vibrations and frequencies in a gentle way to stimulate the relaxation response and raise the overall frequency of the body, bringing it closer to harmony and back toward the resonance of a higher vibration.
Tom of Anahata Healing Sound Therapy will weave a relaxing soundscape designed to move the mind into the theta brainwave state, activating the the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to align and relax, rest and restore while Angel of Angelic Vibrations gently places specially designed bowls on your body to further deepen the vibrations for the most beneficial response. Bowls are placed and then gently struck to create deep, soothing vibrations
This unique experience combines Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) with a multi-instrument sound immersion using Himalayan and crystal bowls, chimes, flutes, rattles, and more have been crafted to maximize the effects of the frequencies and sounds and allow for deep penetration of these therapeutic vibrations.
Sound as a healing modality has been used across many cultures for centuries. Its effects are cumulative, and during these turbulent times, as we seek alternative and deeper methods for healing the mind, body, and spirit, it can be an essential component of our wellness practice.
