Welcome to a devotional gathering- an evening where your only responsibility is to returning the love BACK to yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle cleansing of the body and energy field …releasing what’s heavy, outdated, & no longer resonating in your relationship with yourself. This may include smoke cleansing, breath, grounding, and a soft somatic release to help the body let go.
From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation that is centered on:
experiencing love within the body
associating yourself with love
embodying love as a lived state, not a concept
This is about feeling love inside yourself, not seeking it outside yourself.
We’ll share tea throughout the evening, hold intentional conversation, and move through journaling + reflection around:
self-devotion, self-trust, what actually brings you joy, how you can show up for yourself now, what care has been missing.

We’ll then move into a release ritual, writing down what feels heavy, what feels misaligned, what feels like it’s pulling you out of self-devotion & consciously letting it go.
To close, we’ll loop a song and move into an energetic devotion ceremony, where each person will be held in presence, intention, and embodied self-love, anchoring devotion into the body and nervous system.
This is a dual meditation experience: cleansing + embodiment.
Release + activation.
Stillness + integration.
