An Evening of Return: A Rooted in the Valley Mini RetreatFriday, February 20 | 6:00–10:00pm
You’re invited into an evening designed to gently bring you back… back into your body, back into your breath, back into the quiet place within that remembers how to rest.
We’ll begin in the sauna, allowing warmth to soften the body, melt the outer layers, and signal safety to the nervous system. From there, we’ll move into a Hatha to Yin yoga practice, gradually warming and opening the body before settling into longer-held postures that invite deep release.
Once the body is open and receptive, we’ll move into 9D Breathwork, a guided experience that helps reset the nervous system, clear stored stress, and gently loosen limiting belief patterns while supporting clarity, regulation, and inner spaciousness.
We’ll close the evening with sound bowls, letting vibration and resonance guide you into rest, integration, and stillness. A place where nothing needs to be done, only received.
NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
Swimming suit for sauna use and a towel
Comfortable clothing for movement and warmth
Water bottle and chapstick
Anything you’d like for extra coziness (socks,blankets, pillow)
This is an evening to slow down, to be held by warmth and sound, and to remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
