Join Gyani to experience pranayama (yogic breathing practices) to revitalise, rebalance, and calm body and mind during this busy season. Pranayama are the ancient yogic breathing techniques to consciously control the flow of breath to improve physical and mental health, reduce stress and anxiety, and enhance the flow of energy in the body.
The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, leaving you feeling calm, restored and rejuvenated.
Suitable for all levels including beginners - will be either sitting (option to use chair) or laying down.
DATE: Friday 5th December 5.30-7pm. Please arrive 10mins early for a prompt start at 5.30pm.
VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $35 before 5th November. Full price $40 or $38 concession.
BOOKING: Registration essential as places are limited. Book online via Trybooking to secure your spot.
REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds or exchanges but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, all props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle.
