Today, she channels her experiences into empowering others. Lurata has built a successful business coaching C-level executives, ambassadors, and charities across the globe, from the UK to Singapore.
Her mission is to help individuals forge deeper connections, overcome obstacles, and cultivate positivity for better outcomes in both their professional and personal lives.
Beyond her speaking engagements, Lurata is a dedicated member of the advisory board for Help Children Now, where she actively supports refugees in Ukraine. In March 2024, she was honored with the Human Rights Award at the Women’s Awards, a testament to her unwavering commitment to making a difference.
