After launching the iconic “Squeaky Cheese” brand and working closely with master cheesemakers and dairy producers from coast to coast, David developed a deep, dynamic understanding of the Canadian dairy industry. With over two decades of hands‑on experience running his own cheese education and distribution business, he now shares his expertise nationwide — teaching the art of making, tasting, pairing, and celebrating world‑class Canadian cheeses of every kind.

Driven by a passion for life, art, and entertainment, David also founded The Professionals, an entertainment company known for high‑energy DJ performances, themed events, and live percussion. His creative path led him to Kinshira Entertainment, where he helped bring to life towering characters, immersive performances, and the magic of fire dancing.
