Join us at Vertical Bistro & Tap for a one-night-only culinary journey through the flavors of France, perfectly paired with world-class wines. Our chefs have crafted a seasonal five-course menu inspired by the French countryside — and each dish is paired with a wine selected to bring out its best flavors.

• Entrée – Salade de Chèvre Chaud (Sancerre, Loire)
• Potage – Potage Parmentier (Pouilly-Fuissé, White Burgundy)
• Plat Principal – Coq au Vin with buttered noodles (Red Burgundy, Côte de Nuits)
• Dessert – Poires au Vin Rouge (Banyuls, Roussillon)
