PAUL ARTHUR & PAT LOISELLE have performed together many times over the past 25 years, and really compliment each other's musical styles.
In fact, Paul Arthur was one of the very first Blues guys in Montreal that Pat Loiselle ever played with. Their musical styles match perfectly, and they always have so much fun playing together!
From Delta & Chicago Blues, to Memphis & Louisiana Blues, from Gospel and Roots, to Dueling Harmonicas, you’re sure to have a great time with this versatile Duo!

PAUL ARTHUR (vocals/harmonica), in his many years of music-making, brings his energy & amazing talent to every performance.
Called ‘THE MASTER BLUESMAN’ by some of Montreal’s top Blues musicians, it's also been said that: “Paul Arthur is still one of the best at doing the Muddy Waters style Chicago Blues feel.”
Paul’s powerful gravelly voice has been compared to Joe Cocker, Johnny Winter, Louis Armstrong, & Tom Waits, and his harmonica style to Paul Butterfield & the late great Little Walter, but Paul Arthur is definitely unique, & with a style all his own.
Paul Arthur has a great passion for the old time Bluesmen like Sonny Boy Williamson, T-Bone Walker, Robert Johnson, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, & Willie Dixon.
Paul Arthur won 'THE BATTLE OF THE BLUES BANDS' in 2015, (with his full band), & competed against 15 of Montreal's top Blues Bands.
The Grand Prize was a First Class trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras 2016, where they played on stage at an iconic Bourbon Street Blues Club which was broadcast LIVE around the world.
Paul Arthur & his band also won 2nd Prize at the Argenteuil en Blues Contest in 2015,
Paul has performed at: Festival International du Blues de Tremblant; Trois-Rivières en Blues; FestiBlues International de Montréal; Palace de Granby Série Blues; Festival Argenteuil en Blues; Au Son du Moulin Blues et Gin; Festival Blues de la Montérégie; Festival de Blues St Zotique; Blues Bourbon & BBQ; Buckfest, etc.

PAT LOISELLE (vocals, guitar, harmonica)
Born in Montreal, multi-instrumentalist Pat Loiselle has been part of the Blues and Roots Music scene for more than 25 years.
Starting out on guitar and harmonica, he was influenced by the Blues greats: B.B. King, Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Sonny Boy Williamson, John Hammond Jr and so many others.
Pat has opened for many Blues greats such as: Robert 'JR' Lockwood, Magic Slim, Little Charlie And The Nightcats, Junior Watson , Canada's own Dutch Mason, & Jack De Keyser.
He has played at numerous Festivals over the years including Festival International du Blues de Tremblant; Argenteuil en Blues; Trois-Rivières en Blues; Festival Blues de la Montérégie; Champlain Bluegrass Festival, (USA); October Blues Joliette; Donnacona Blues Festival, to name just a few.
As a multi-instrumentist (guitar, harmonica, mandolin, dobro, & banjo & Vocals), Pat has played and recorded with numerous artists: Kenny 'Bluesboss' Wayne, Stephen Barry, Micheal Jerome Browne, etc.
In 2015, Pat released his first CD “Sonny Boy Gumbo Blues”, a mixture of diverse influences, featuring the crème de la crème of Montreal's Blues/Roots musicians.
