An Evening at Rosings Park, a regency dinner

Lady Catherine has had to journey off to Hertfordshire to squash a frightful rumor regarding her beloved nephew, but she has encouraged all of us, her guests, to continue to enjoy all that Rosings has to offer. We hear the potatoes are remarkable!

Dinner doors will open at 7pm with hors d’oeuvres and a three course meal.

Your finest attire from 1795-1825 is required for this historical event. Join us for good food, good company, and a step back in history.

And hopefully Lady Catherine will have a successful errand to tell us all about tomorrow morning.

There is a block of rooms reserved at the Joseph Ambler Inn under the name "Rosings." We will all be together in a historic building on the JAI campus.
