Enjoy our fantasy, storybook decor from our luxurious penthouse lounge with nearly 360-degree views of the city, including the US Capitol Dome, Washington Monument, and downtown DC.
Starting at 9pm, Ciel will have a 2-hour premium open bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, live music, and party favors! Tables and table packages are also available. Come dressed to impress!
