An Autumn Sound Bath
About this Event
As we reach the end of October and move deeper into autumn, it’s a natural time to slow down and create a little more space for rest and reflection.
The days are getting shorter, the air is getting cooler, and nature is beginning to turn inward. This time of year can remind us to do the same — to pause, reconnect with ourselves, let go of what we no longer need, and make space for what’s next.
Join me for a cozy evening of sound and stillness, giving yourself time to step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply rest.
Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the nervous system can settle, the body can soften, and the mind can become quiet.
No experience is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and settle in for an evening of deep rest.
