An Artist to Honor: Barbara Shannon, Conejo Valley Artist in Residence

Renowned Art Educator Barbara Shannon Showcases Masterful Works in Upcoming Exhibition, Sponsored by the Conejo Valley Art Museum 

The art world is set to celebrate the creativity and vision of Barbara Shannon, a highly respected and influential art educator whose passion for teaching has shaped countless emerging artists. A collection of her works will be on display at Art Trek on October 23 from 5:00 to 7:00 offering art lovers and students alike a rare opportunity to experience the artistry of an educator who has inspired generations.

“Barbara’s work embodies both technical mastery and emotional depth,” said Mindy Dorfman, student and vice president of the Conejo Valley Art Museum. “Her dedication to the arts extends far beyond the classroom, and this exhibition captures the heart of an artist who continues to influence and elevate the art community.”
